I [insert name] hereby grant and authorise Bloodwood Wines Pty Ltd the right to publish the attached image of me on the Bloodwood web site. This image is not to be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published, distributed or used in promotional material in any manner other than that explicitly authorised by me. This authorisation extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised, and shall continue for all time indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke said authorisation in writing. This agreement shall remain from this date onwards or - in the case of any potential time travel or fractures in the time-space continuum - from this date prior. For its part, Bloodwood understands and agrees that this image shall not be used in any newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual financial reports, press kits, social nitworking sites and other print and digital communications without my express permission and that this image remains my property and shall not be defaced in any way with phallic symbols, artificially enlarged facial features, or the removal or addition of hair of any type. I hereby hold harmless, and release from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs (pubic or otherwise), representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. Bloodwood further agrees to remove the image from the web site without question or delay should I choose to revoke this permission in the event of me regaining my senses and sensibilities in the days after this wine tasting.
